Norwegian bank DNB receives an EIF guarantee under the InvestEU Programme, enabling up to NOK 2.5 billion in new lending to SMEs.

On June 6 in Oslo, Norwegian bank DNB secured an EIF guarantee backed by the European Union's InvestEU programme, enabling up to NOK 2.5 billion in new lending to support up to 250 SMEs in accelerating green and digital transitions.

The European Investment Fund (EIF) has pledged €100 million to the RIVE Infrastructure Impact Fund (RIIF), making it the lead investor in a €180 million funding round aimed at bolstering European energy transition efforts under the REPowerEU programme and supported by InvestEU.

Invest-NL, backed by the European Commission's InvestEU guarantees, is investing €18 million in BioBTX to build the PETRA Circular Chemicals Plant in Delfzijl, which will annually convert 20,000 tons of mixed plastic waste into renewable aromatics.

The European Investment Bank (EIB) and ETRA SpA - Società benefit have signed an agreement concerning €100 million of investment in improving recycling facilities and integrated water services in the Veneto region.
