The Commission has signed contribution agreements with Iceland and Norway under InvestEU, making them the first non-EU countries participating in the programme. Together, the two contribution agreements are worth up to €490 million.

Leading Dutch microfinance provider Qredits has signed a new guarantee agreement with the European Investment Fund (EIF) to provide at least €100 million financing to Dutch micro-entrepreneurs.

The EIF will provide two guarantees worth around €370 million to UniCredit Group to finance approximately €1 billion of investment made by small businesses in seven countries across Central and Eastern Europe.
